Dovzhok Operating Location and Spirit Storage is privatized for UAH 61 000 100

On December 3, 2020, it was held the e-auction on privatization of  Dovzhok Operating Location and Spirit Storage, which is from the list of SE Ukrspyrt’s objects.

Two companies competed for the object of privatization at the e-auction, and a starting price increased more than twice – from UAH 29.3 million to UAH 61 million.

The e-auction winner has to sign the protocol on the results of the e-auction, conclude a sale contract and make payment. After that, the privatizationprocess of Dovzhok Operating Location and Spirit Storage will be considered complete.

The new owner will receive, in particular, the main building of the plant, distillerystorage, carbon dioxide workshop, mineral water storage, premise of denaturation workshop, as well as vehicles and equipment.
