The price for Vyshniaky Operating Location and Alcohol Storage at the online auction increased 10 times to UAH 234 million

On December 18, 2020, it was held an auction for the privatization of the Vyshniaky Operating Location and Alcohol Storage (alcohol production) from the list of objects of the SOE “UKRSPYRT”.

The online auction for the privatization of Vyshniaky Operating Location and Alcohol Storage, which is located in Poltava region, attracted 8 participants, who during the bidding increased the price more than 10 times from the starting price - up to UAH 234 million.

The winner of the auction must sign a protocol on the results of the auction, conclude a sale and purchase contract and carry out the calculation. After that, the process of privatization of Vyshniaky Operating Location and Alcohol Storage will be considered officially completed.

If the winner of the auction refuses to sign the protocol, the guarantee fee paid by him in the amount of UAH 2,429,196 will be transferred to the State Budget, and the right to sign the protocol and conclude the contract will pass to the participant who took second place.

If the participant who took the second place refuses to buy, the object will be re-auctioned as soon as possible (without changing the starting price).
