The State Property Fund has announced selection competitions of advisers for the privatization of three heating plants and the Kryvyi Rih heating plant

On January 4, 2021, the State Property Fund of Ukraine announced competitionto determine advisers in the process of privatization of JSC "Kherson CHP", JSC "DniproCHP", JSC "Kryvyi Rih Heating Plant" and JSC "Odessa CHP".

The advisers selected at the competitionsshould increase the investment attractiveness of these enterprises, ensure the process of privatization of assets by a competent investor and attract the maximum possible amount of funds to the state budget from privatization.

The term of preparation of objects for privatization by advisers is 2 months.

The first stage of the competition for the selection of an advisor will take place on February 11, 2021 at 11.00 in the premises of the State Property Fund of Ukraine at the address: room 303, 18/9,General Almazovstreet, Kyiv.
