A building near “Kyiv” Airport is on the online privatization e-auction

On January, 20, 2021, the transparent e-auction on privatization of an unfinished construction object – a food block building in a distance of 1 km from “Kyiv” Sikorsky International Airport, - will take place.

The three-storey building with an attic is of 517.7 sq. m. and located at the airport former hospital’s area.

Construction works at the object were held in 1980 – 1990 years and, in 2008, an additional reconstruction was carried out. Construction readiness of the building is of 50%, deterioration rate is not higher than 10%.

The starting price is of UAH 10.35 million and accepting applications for participation in the online e-auction will continue until January, 19, 2021.

Privatization e-auctions are great opportunity for profitable investments in creation of a new business or development of the current one. For this purpose, the State Property Fund of Ukraine has implemented transparent privatization rules, among which are maximum information disclosure and equal access to it for all potential investors.
