Auction on lease of a part of the premises at Boryspil Airport: the price has increased more than 46 times

On January, 12, 2021, there was an auction on lease of the part of the premises on the third floor at the Boryspil International Airport’s passenger terminal "D" with an area of 10 sq. m.

The cost of rent increased in 46.7 times - from the starting price UAH 2,565.71 to UAH 120,003.00.

According to the Procedure on Lease of the State and Municipal Property, the winner has 3 working days to sign the protocol and 20 working days to conclude a lease contract after the next day of creating protocol on the auction’s results.

The lease contract with the auction winner will be concluded if he pays following payments in set term:

  • advance payment in amount of rental paymentfor 2 months (including VAT);
  • insuring deposit in the amount of rental payment for 2 months (excluding VAT).
