Boryspil International Airport: online auctions on lease of premises in passenger terminal "D" have been announced

The State Property Fund of Ukraine announces online auctions on lease of two premises on the 2nd floor of the passenger terminal "D" of Boryspil International Airport.

The first object is a part of the passenger terminal with an area of ​​2 sq. m. The starting lease price is UAH 511.82.

The auction is scheduled for January 26. Accepting applications for participation in the auction lasts until January 25.

The term for which it is proposed to transfer each of the parts of the airport terminal is 5 years. Under the terms of the lease, prospective tenants (or tenant) will be able to use the objects for any purpose they determine.

They will also be able to sublease these properties.
