Privatization in the center of Kyiv: real estate, located on 16, Instytutska Street, is put up for a transparent auction

On February 17, the online auction on privatization of Property complex of SOE “Tsentr-Service”, located in the heart of Kyiv – 16, Instytutska Street, in front of the building of the National Bank of Ukraine, will take place.

The privatization object is non-residential premises, situated in a historical residential building with the total area of 769.5 sq. m., located on a land plot of 821.82 sq. m. and include: offices, atelier, beauty salon and basement.

Among the main activities of the enterprise are repair and tailoring services and beauty salon services.

The starting price is UAH 28 892 000, accepting applications for the auction participation lasts until February 16.
