Auction for leasing a premise at the airport "Boryspil": the price increased more than 49 times
On January 26, 2021, an auction for leasing the premise of 2 sq. m. on the 2nd floor of the passenger Terminal D was held. It is located in Boryspil-7 St., Hora village, Boryspil district, Kyiv region, and is on the balance of SE IA "Boryspil".
The leasing object is in high demand due to the convenient location and high level of attendance. That’s why three participants competed in the open bidding for the right to rent the object, thus increasing the cost of rent by more than 48 times - from the starting UAH 511.82 to UAH 25,000.
According to the Procedure for Leasing State and Communal Property, the winner of the auction has 3 working days to sign the protocol and 20 working days to conclude a lease agreement from the day following the day the protocol on the results of the auction is drawn up.
The lease agreement with the winner of the auction will be concluded if he pays the following payments within the specified period:
• advance payment in the amount of rent for 2 months (including VAT);
• security deposit in the amount of 2 months rent (excluding VAT).
