Auction on extending of the lease of part of the premises: the price has increased more than in 83 times

An auction on extending of the lease contract for a part of the premises with an area of 4 sq. m., which is located in the building of Lviv International Airport was held on January 27, 2021.

The right to lease the object was competed  for at the open bidding by eleven participants, who increased the cost of lease in more than 83 times - from the starting UAH 4,767.82 to UAH 400,001.

This price increase is due, in particular, to the online auction algorithms, which motivate participants to make high initial price offers, on which depends on the further competitive advantage during bidding.

According to the Procedure for Leasing State and Communal Property, the winner has 3 working days to sign the protocol and 20 working days to conclude a lease contract from the day following the day of the protocol formation on the auction results.

The lease contract with the auction winner will be concluded if he/she pays the following payments within the specified period:

• advance in the amount of  lease payment for 2 months (including VAT);

• security deposit in the amount of lease payment for 2 months (excluding VAT).
