31 participants took part in a transparent online auction: the price of the building in Vasylkiv increased to UAH 6.5 million

On February 16, 2021, an auction was held for the privatization of a separate property – a building built in 1973 in Vasylkiv city, Kyiv oblast, according to the results of which the state budget should receive more than UAH 6.5 mln. 31 participants competed for the ownership of the asset.

During the competitive bidding, they increased the price of real estate 5.4 times - from the starting UAH 1,203,400 to UAH 6,500,006.The competition for the right to privatize the object continued during all three rounds of the auction. The final rates of the bidding leaders differed by only a few hryvnias.

Now the winner has to sign a protocol on the results of the auction, conclude a contract of sale and make a calculation – after that, the privatization process will be officially completed.
