The price of lease of the parking place in the Boryspil International Airport increased more than 10 times according to the results of the online auction

On March 1, 2021, an online auction was held for the lease of a part of premise No. 3-2 in the building “Parking” (Block Б) with an area of 31.4sq. m. at the address: Boryspil-7 St., Hora village, Kyiv oblast. This facility is on the balance sheet of SOE International Airport Boryspil.

Two bidders competed for the right to lease the object. As result, the starting price increased from 4,141.90 Hr to 45,000 Hr.

According to Procedure for Leasing State and of Municipal Property, the winner of auction has got 3 working days for execution of protocol and 20 working days for conclusion of lease agreement from day following day of formation of the protocol on the results of auction.

Lease agreement with the winner of auction will be concluded in case he pays following payments within the specified period:

·        advance payment of rent for 2 months (including VAT);

·        security deposit in amount of rent for 2 months (without VAT).

Right to lease premises will pass to another participant of auction with next largest bid which makes up UAH 6,550 in case if the winner does not execute above-mentioned payments.
