The government approved the transfer of eight objects to the management of the State Property Fund of Ukraine for privatization

On March 10, 2021, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has approved the resolution “On the Transfer of unified Property Complexes of State Enterprises and Institutions in the field of management of the State Property Fund of Ukraine”.

The list of objects transferred to the State Property Fund includes:

State-owned Enterprise “Ekotransenergo”;

State-owned Enterprise “Kharkiv Industrial and Trade Enterprise”;

State Scientific and Technological and Production Enterprise “Veresk”;

State Enterprise “Settlement Clearing Center”;

State Enterprise “Polupanivka Quarry”;

State Enterprise “Derzhinformanalityka”;

State Enterprise “Partnersky Fund”;

State Enterprise “Industrial and Metallurgical Consulting”.

The adoption of the Resolution makes it possible to start the process of transferring the above objects from the Ministry of Economy to the State Property Fund for subsequent transparent privatization at electronic auctions.
