Price of Myshkovychi Operating Location of SOE “Ukrspyrt” increased 25 times at an auction

On March 12, 2021, a separate property of Myshkovychi operating location and storage of alcohol of SOE “Ukrspyrt” was sold at the privatization e-auction. As a result, the State Budget will receive UAH 181 million.

Eight participants competed for the ownership of asset at an open auction, as a result of which the price increased from starting UAH 7,291,753 to UAH 181,000,000.

Assets of Myshkovychi operating location of SOE “Ukrspyrt” are in two locations in Ternopil region: Myshkovychi village of Ternopil rayon and Druzhba small town of Terebivlia rayon.

Successful privatization of this asset is part of the demonopolization of alcohol industry, which began in 2020. In total, the state will put for privatization 41 operating location, which are part of SOE “Ukrspyrt” and 37 facilities united in the Concert “Ukrspyrt”.

As a result of transparent auctions, the State Budget should receive about UAH 1 billion, but the most important thing, we have launched to form a new alcohol market.
