The State Property Fund announces an online auction for the lease of a building of a shed for agricultural machinery with an asphalt plot of 3,361 sq. m. The facility is located in Sofiivska Borshchahivka village, Kyiv oblast.

An auction is scheduled on March 23. Submission of applications for participation in this auction will last until March 22.

Initial lease price of the object at an auction is UAH 7,959.88.

Lease term is 5 years.

The future tenant has the right to use the building for any purpose at his own discretion. Also, under the terms of the lease, he will be able to transfer the lease object or its individual parts to sublease.

Remind: in order to take part in the auction for the right to rent this asset, you must submit an application for participation in the auction, pay the guarantee and registration fees and make your price offer at the auction.
