Kyiv privatization: the price of SOE “Tsentr-Servis” has risen to UAH 17.34 million at a transparent auction

On March 18, an online auction was held for the privatization of the single property complex of state-owned enterprise “Tsenter-Servis”, according to the results of which the state budget should receive UAH 17.34 million.

At the open auction, the ownership of the asset was competed by three participants, which increased the price from the starting UAH 14,446,000 to UAH 17,344,570.

The privatization of this object is due to the fact that the enterprise performs functions not typical for the state - among the main activities of “Tsentr-Servis” are beauty salon services and tailoring. The enterprise was founded in 1937 and restored in 1944 to provide VIP services to the supervisors of central institutions.

The winner of the auction must sign a protocol on the results of the auction, enter into the sale and purchase contract and make a payment - after that the process of privatization of the object will be considered officially completed.
