Auction for lease of an operator gas station has been announced

At 12:43 on April 6, 2021, online auction will be held to extend the lease agreement for operator gas station – «Ф-1» and additional facilities located at the address: 106, Kyivska St., Rivne city. These facilities are on the balance sheet of SOE Research and Production Association “Potencial - Eko”.

Submission of applications for participation in the auction will last until 20:00 on April 5, 2021.

Asset of 714.30 sq. m. is in satisfactory condition and consists of several objects, namely:

·         gas station;

·         shed;

·         gates (3 units);

·         fence;

·         paved area.

There are no engineering communications.

The facility can be used for different purposes, including sublease.

The starting price is UAH 3,536.35, the lease term – 4 years and 11 months.

Reminder: in order to take part in the auction for the right to rent this asset, you must submit an application for participation in the auction, pay the guarantee and registration fees and make your price offer at the auction.
