We remind that March 31, 2021 is the last day for submitting declarations by persons authorized to perform the functions of the state or local self-government!
Please note that all declaring entities are required to submit a declaration for 2020 (type of declaration - annual).

We emphasize that:
- untimely submission of the declaration without valid reasons provides for administrative liability, in accordance with Article 1726 of the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offenses; - failure to submit a declaration provides for criminal liability, in accordance with Article 3663 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine; - declaring unreliable information provides for criminal liability, according to Article 366-2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
