On April 6, 2021, an auction will be held for the lease of industrial premise of 402.5 sq. m. in Brovary town, Kyiv region.

The asset is on the balance sheet of the State enterprise “Kirovgeologia”.

The starting price of this asset at an auction is UAH 2,500.45.

Applications for participation in an auction will be accepted until April 5.

The object is needed renovation. Lease term – 5 years.

According to the lease conditions, the future tenant is able to use premise for any purpose at your discretion, including sublease of entire area or its parts.

Reminder: in order to take part in the auction for the right to rent this asset, you must submit an application for participation in the auction, pay the guarantee and registration fees and make your price offer at the auction.
