The cost of Lutsk operating location and alcohol storage of SE "Ukrspyrt" has increased more than five times at a transparent privatization auction

On March 30, privatization of the separate property of Lutsk operating location and alcohol storage of SE “Ukrspyrt” was auctioned online, resulting that UAH 108.47 million should be received to the state budget.

Five participants competed for ownership of the asset in open bidding and they increased the price by 5.2 times, from the starting 20,693,327 UAH to 108,478,968 UAH.

The object is located in the city of Lutsk, Volyn region, and consists of buildings, constructions and the necessary equipment for alcohol production.

The privatization of the asset took place within the framework of demonopolization of the alcohol industry, which began in 2020. In total, the state will put up for privatization 41 operating location and alcohol storages of SE "Ukrspyrt" and another 37 objects united in the concern “Ukrspyrt”.

In 2021, this is the fifth successful auction on privatization in the alcohol industry. In general, according to the results of 2020-2021, the state budget should receive more than UAH 1 billion from the privatization of alcohol assets, and most importantly, the formation of a new alcohol market has begun.
