Dovzhok Malt Branch of SOE “UKRSPYRT”: auction will be held on May 7

On May 7, 2021, the privatization of the object of construction in progress – the Malt Branch in Dovzhok village, Kamyanets-Podilskyi district, Khmelnytsk region, will be auctioned using the method of step-by-step reduction of the starting price.

The asset is located in close proximity to the Dovzhok operating location and alcohol storage, privatized at a transparent online auction in December 2020.

The object is on the balance of SE “UKRSPYRT” and is a special purpose building, the level of construction readiness is 79%.

Foundation - reinforced concrete blocks, walls - brick, partially plastered, faced, partitions - brick, partially plastered, faced, overlapping - reinforced concrete slabs, floor - cement. Engineering equipment is partially electrified.

The total area of land plots is 3.2727 ha.

The starting price of the asset is UAH 1,743,642, and accepting applications for participation at the auction will last until May 7.
