Kyiv: an auction on lease of office premises with an area of 387.60 sq. m. has been announced

On May 13, 2021 at 13:36 the online auction on extension of the lease contract of the administrative building of the state geophysical enterprise “Ukrgeofizyka”, located at: 10, Yevhenii Miroshnychenko St., Kyiv, will took place.

The starting price of the object is UAH 106 178,44, and lease term is 5 years.

The total area is 387.60 sq. m.

Submission of applications for participation in the auction lasts until 20:00 on May 12, 2021.

The object is in satisfactory condition. Electrification (16 kW), water supply, heating, sewerage, air conditioning and ventilation are available. Also, there is a counter for heat, fire and burglar alarms, connected internet, television and telephone. An elevator is available.
