Due to the high competition at the online auction, the price of the SOE «Interregional Scientific and Engineering Center for Certification of Quality Systems, Pipes, Cylinders and Other Metal Products «VNITI-TEST» increased to 4.5 million UAH

On April 26, privatization of property complex of SOE «Interregional Scientific and Engineering Center for Certification of Quality Systems, Pipes, Cylinders and Other Metal Products «VNITI-TEST»  was auctioned, resulting that UAH 4.5 million should be received to the state budget. 

Nine participants competed for ownership of the asset and increased the price of the privatization object by 3.2 times - from the starting 1,398,027 to UAH 4,501,000.

The fight for ownership continued throughout the three rounds. The victory was won by the participant who made the highest closed initial bid, thus obtaining the right of the last move during the open stages of the auction. Such a mechanism motivates participants to make high initial price offers, which contributes to the increase in the price of the privatization object at the start of bidding.

The winner of the auction must sign a protocol on the results of the auction, conclude a sale contract and make a payment. After that, the privatization process of the object will be considered officially completed.
