Zhytomyr: privatization of SE SPC Training and Production Workshops will take place

On May 21, 2021, an e-auction will be held for the privatization of the single property complex of the state enterprise «Training and Production Workshops», located in the center of Zhytomyr, at 37 Nebesna Sotnia Street.

Among the the main activities in accordance with the statute is the production of furniture and educational activities.

The company has not been operating since 2012, but has retained production facilities, including: the necessary equipment and tools, appliances, other inventory.

On the balance of the enterprise there is also a vehicle - ZIL-138 with gas cylinder equipment in satisfactory condition.

The starting price is UAH 490,800, applications for participation in the online auction will last until May 20, 2021.
