The price of the building in Vasylkiv increased at the privatization auction to UAH 5 million

On May 13, 2021, an auction was held for the privatization of a separate property - a building, built in 1973 in the town of Vasylkiv, Kyiv region, according to the results of which the state budget should receive over UAH 5 million.

8 participants competed for the ownership of the asset, which increased the price of real estate in 4.1 times - from the starting UAH 1,203,400 to UAH 5,000,500.

Now the winner must sign a protocol on the results of the auction, concluded a contract of sale and make a calculation. After that the process of privatization of the object will be officially completed.
