An auction for the lease of non-residential buildings on the coast of the Sea of ​​Azov has been announced

On June 2, 2021, the lease of non-residential buildings and constructions of the Main Department of the National Police in Donetsk region at the address: 79, Naberezhna St., Urzuf village, Donetsk region, will be auctioned online.

The total area of the asset is 1 796 sq. m, and the starting price is UAH 6 831.58.

The lease term under the contract is 5 years.

The asset consists of the group of objects, namely:

  • building A-2 with an area of 1299.5 sq. m;
  • building Д-1 with an area of 392.3 sq. m; 
  • toilet with an area of 39.2 sq. m;
  • wash basin with an area of 65 sq. m.

The buildings are heated and are in satisfactory technical condition. The asset is also provided with 50 kW power supply, water supply and air conditioning. There is a fire alarm.

Accepting applications for participation in the auction lasts until 20:00 on June 1, 2021.
