Yuliya Byelova: «Service of automatic estimated value of real estate starts on the 1st of July»

On June 24, Deputy Chairman of the State Property Fund of Ukraine Yuliya Byelova took part in the seminar «Digital Twins of Cities: World Experience and Prospects for Ukraine», with the participation of experts, representatives of international organizations and the public.

During the seminar, Yuliya Byelova made a presentation on the activities of the State Property Fund and the main reforms implemented by the Fund.

«In order to attract sustainable investments into the Ukrainian economy, the State Property Fund of Ukraine is implementing and modernizing convenient and transparent disclosure mechanisms. It is thanks to transparent and digitalized processes that we have managed to achieve outstanding results in 2020. We do not stop and I am sure that in 2021 we will be able to increase the figures by 4-5 times,» Yuliya Byelova said.

Thus, the State Property Fund has created and launched sites that contain information on privatization objects (privatization.gov.ua) and vacant lease objects (orenda.gov.ua). These resources work on the principles of convenient online stores, where everyone can find all the information on the necessary objects.

The Deputy Chairman of the State Property Fund focused on the reform of the appraisal activity, because from July 1, 2021 the State Property Fund launches a free Service of electronic estimated value of real estate for all citizens of Ukraine “Unified Valuation Reports Database», which will form electronic certificates of the estimated value of real estate (e-Certificates).

«Thanks to the launch of the Service of automatic estimated value of real estate, the expected savings for all Ukrainian citizens in the future will be tens and hundreds of millions of hryvnias, because they will no longer have to pay for service of estimated value of real estate,» Yuliya Byelova stressed.
