A press tour to SOJSC «Dymytrovvuglevantzhtrans» was held as a part of a preparation to transparent privatization

On August 5, 2021, representatives of the State Property Fund of Ukraine held a press tour for journalists at SOJSC «Dymytrovvuglevantazhtrans»,   privatization of which will take place on August 20.

A press conference was held as part of the event and media representatives were provided with information on the facility and its privatization process.

Journalists could get acquainted with the potential of this transport asset, the main activity of which is the maintenance of railway transport, during a tour.

We remind that the only property complex of industrial railway transport SOJSC «Dymytrovvuglevantazhtrans», will be put up at transparent auction on August 20, 2021. And applications for participation in the auction will be accepted until August 19.

The starting price of the object is UAH 67,063,556. The property complex «Dymytrovvuglevantazhtrans», is located on 14 land plots, occupying an area of 56.9 hectares. The facility includes 18 buildings and structures with a total area of 13,519 sq. m.
