The auction for privatization of the JSC «United Mining and Chemical Company» will take place on October 29

On August 30, 2021, a meeting of the auction commission of the State Property Fund of Ukraine was held, which set a new date for the privatization of JSC «United Mining and Chemical Company»(JSC «UMCC») - the privatization auction will take place on October 29, 2021 at 11.00.

Thus, a transparent auction for the privatization oftheJSC «UMCC» will be held in 2021, as planned.

Potential investors will have enough time to prepare well for the auction - in particular, to properly prepare documents and submit applications for participation- according tothe  Deputy Chairman of the State Property Fund of Ukraine, Taras Yeleyko.

«The State Property Fund will fulfill the task of privatizing JSC «UMCC» in 2021, which is why we have provided all opportunities for potential investors, including foreign ones, to participate in a transparent auction,» said Taras Yeleyko.
