State property lease Auctions for more than a million hryvnias per month were held in July

In July, the State Property Fund and its regional offices held 147 lease auctions and concluded 106 lease agreements.

During the auctions, the lease price on average more than doubled – from the starting UAH 465.9 thousand up to UAH 1.03 million per month. Thus, according to the results of the auctions, the receipt of more than UAH 12 million per year will be ensured.

One of the largest auctions in July took place in Lviv region. The property value during competitive bidding increased from the starting UAH 74.4 thousand to UAH 150 thousand, which in total is UAH 1.8 million per year. The winner of the auction is a company relocated from the Kyiv region, which will continue to operate at the leased object.

“The state has created the necessary conditions for business to quickly and conveniently lease state property. The result is a high demand for objects, which contributed to the increase in prices at auctions more than twice. We continue to put up new objects for auctions and conclude new agreements, providing businesses with the necessary sites for work during martial law,” Olha Batova, Acting Chairman of the State Property Fund, stated.
