From the September 2022 the economic effect of the SPFU`s work has been more than UAH 5.1 billion – Chairman of the SPFU Rustem Umerov in the interview with Forbs Ukraine.

In particular, SPFU has attracted UAH 2.4 billion from small-scale privatization. The state budget has received another UAH 2.3 billion thanks to the prevention of fraudulent schemes in real estate assessment. In addition, the SPFU has stopped dubious activities at the state-owned enterprises for UAH 500 million.

The greatest demand is for agrarian enterprises, that are bakery plants, elevators, distilleries, Rustem Umerov said. «When we opened small-scale privatization, we were sure that business was interested in investing in Ukraine now. The SPFU provides business opportunities», – he said.

For example, the SPFU offers ready-made sites with connected communications in all regions of Ukraine to relocate your enterprise. «It is easier and faster to buy an «abandoned»enterprise and renovate it than to build something new from «scratch», – said Rustem Umerov.
