The State Property Fund put up for privatization a facade building on Bohdan Khmelnytskyi Street in Kyiv

The State Property Fund has prepared for privatization two buildings in the center of Kyiv with a total area more than 5,100 square meters at the Bohdana Khmelnytskogo, 26. The auction will be held in the Prozorro.Sale electronic system on May 25. The starting price calculated due to the book value and amounts to 21.2 million UAH. Guarantee fee is 4.2 million UAH. 

The lot consists of two properties: a facade building with a total area of 3165,8 square meters (a five-story facade building with a basement) and a building in the yard with a total area of 1963,3 square meters (four-story building with a basement in the yard, inside the district).

The buildings were built in 1902-1904. By order of the Kyiv City State Administration, they are included to the list of historical and cultural local heritage. Therefore, the property is put up for privatization with a condition of concluding a security agreement for the landmark.
