The State Property Fund raised over UAH 700 million at privatization auctions in May
The privatization auctions in May 2023 generated winning bids totaling 703.8 million hryvnias. A total of 339 entrepreneurs participated in 48 auctions. The State Property Fund mainly sold buildings and enterprises during this period, including the Korostyshiv Distillery, premises of the Kyiv Arsenal, and the automotive enterprise of the State Committee of Television and Radio Broadcasting. The Kyiv Hermitage also found a new owner, with the winning bid being the highest since the resumption of privatization in September 2022.
The State Property Fund plans to hold 17 privatization auctions next week. Entrepreneurs will have the opportunity to acquire, among other things, the Bilhorod-Dnistrovskyi Sea Port, the Bonopostanovnyk-oil collector “Chystyi”, and a group of inventory objects in the Volyn region.
Anyone can participate in supporting the country because all the funds raised by the State Property Fund go towards supporting the Defense Forces.
