This week, the State Property Fund earned UAH 70 million from privatization auctions

From June 19 to June 23, the total amount of winning bids at the State Property Fund’s privatization auctions reached UAH 70 million. 61 participants took part in 10 auctions, and due to competition, the value of assets increased over 35 times from the starting price.

Real estate privatization was mostly in demand this week. Among the assets were livestock premises in Lviv region, premises for agricultural business in Ivano-Frankivsk and Kirovohrad regions, as well as commercial buildings and a veterinary medicine house in Rivne region.

From June 26 to June 30, the State Property Fund plans to hold 23 privatization auctions. Investors are offered to acquire the assets of "IzmailWine Plant," abuilding for office and administrative purposes in Poltava region ,  an administrative-production building with a workshop in Kyiv region, as well as an administrative premises of a laboratory in Rivne region.
