State Property Fund announces first privatization auctions in July

In July, the State Property Fund plans putting up 54 objects for privatization, 11 of which are state-owned enterprises, and the rest – separate buildings and properties.

Number of planned auctions by region:

  • – Lviv –12 objects;
  • – Rivne –7 objects;
  • – Ternopil, Kyiv, Odesa – 4 objects each;
  • – Dnipro, Volyn, Mykolaiv – 3 objects each;
  • – Kropyvnytskyi, Cherkasy, Zakarpattia, Zhytomyr – 2 objects each;
  • – Vinnytsia, Khmelnytskyi, Ivano-Frankivsk, Poltava, Chernihiv and Kyiv – 1 object each.

TOP 5 – most attractive auctions of July:

State block of shares in the amount of 100% of the authorized capital of JSC “Smoly”(179 Anoshkina Ave., Kamianske, Dnipro region)

The authorized capital of JSC Smoly is UAH 144 million. The enterprise`s core business is the production of plastics in primary forms and ion exchange resins. 

The starting price – UAH 190.3 million, the auction date – July 26.

"Rivnotorf (Rivne region, Dubno district, Smyga village)

The first among seven peat extraction enterprises offered for privatization by the SPFU. This is an active enterprise that focuses on the production of peat semi-briquettes and fuel milled peat for composts. The annual production volume is 60-80 thousand tons of briquettes. The enterprise has 161 vehicles and special equipment. The company has been granted 8 permits and licenses, including ones to perform operations as well as to use high-risk machinery and equipment, plus a special permit for subsoil use dated 30.03.2000 for 40 years. The total area of 22 land plots is 633.0227 hectares and 114 premises cover 16,970 m².

The starting price – UAH 47.1 million, the auction date – July 5.

"Uhersko Distillery (Lviv region, Stryi district, Uhersko village)

An acting enterprise of the chemical industry. Production capacity of rectified alcohol – 22 thousand liters per day. The enterprise includes 43 property and infrastructure units and 18 vehicles, including special equipment. The total area of land plots is 14.6 hectares, and the premises are 15,980 m².

The starting price – UAH 42.2 million, the auction date – July 12.

State block of shares in the amount of 50 percent + 1 share of the authorized capital of JSC “Ukrnaftoprodukt” (Kyiv, 34 Verkhovna Rada Blvd.)

Today, the enterprise generates income only from renting out real estate. It owns a property complex, an apartment, a car, a registered land plot in Horlivka and a land plot in Kyiv owned by the municipality. The total area of the land plots is 6.472724 hectares, and the premises are 5,472 m². The property located in the capital is leased out, with 77 valid lease agreements in place.

The starting price – UAH 37.7 million, the auction date – July 14.

"Specialized Training Center (4, Promyslova St., Ukrainka, Kyiv region) 

The facility is located in an industrial area of the city. The center used to provide training for staff, but it hasn't been active for 2 years. The total area of the buildings is 3,152 m², and the land plot area 0.6 hectares.

The starting price is UAH 9.2 million, the auction date – July 3.

Shortly, the SPFU also plans to announce auctions for the privatization of the Zarubinsky Distillery and the property complex of the Ivano-Frankivsk Bakery.

The vast majority of other objects to be offered by the SPFU in July are perfect for small businesses. For example, on July 11, it is possible to participate in auctions for privatization of an ambulatory center in Kropyvnytskyi region and a non-residential building in Lviv region.

  2. Register on one of the platforms accredited in the Prozorro.Sale system;
  3. Prepare the necessary documents;
  4. Pay the guarantee and registration fees;
