The State Property Fund plans to sell the “Poltava Grain Processing Plant”, a functioning enterprise engaged in flour production

The State Property Fund has put up for auction the property complex of SOE “Poltava Grain Processing Plant”. The main activity of the complex specified in the statute is related to the production of flour and cereal products. The online auction will take place on August 3, with a starting price (book value of the asset) of UAH 24.3 million.

The property complex includes 168 real estate objects, comprising administrative buildings, warehouses for storing products, a railway reception building, a mill, boiler rooms, and more, with a total area of 74,974.8 square meters. The total area of all land plots owned by the property complex of SOE is 28.3108 hectares (5 land plots under permanent use rights, two of them located in Poltava, and the others in the Poltava region). Additionally, the company's balance sheet includes 22 units of transportation vehicles (cars, locomotives, trailers, and tractors) and 1,643 units of equipment.

As of March 31 of the current year, the “Poltava Grain Processing Plant” is unprofitable, with overdue payables in the amount of UAH 128.9 million (including salary arrears) and current payables of UAH 2.1 million.As of the end of the first quarter of 2023, the enterprise had 70 employees.
