The State Property Fund announces first privatization auctions in August

In August, the State Property Fund plans to put up 41 objects for privatization, of which 14 are state-owned enterprises and shares, and the rest – warehouses, administrative buildings, garages, etc.

Number of planned auctions by region:

  • Rivne – 8 objects;
  • Dnipropetrovsk, Chernihiv – 5 objects each;
  • Volyn, Lviv, Ternopil, Poltava – 3 objects each;
  • Vinnytsia, Zhytomyr, Odesa – 2 objects each;
  • Kirovohrad, Khmelnytskyi, Cherkasy,Chernivtsi and Kyiv – 1 object each.

Top 3 most interesting privatization offers for the coming weeks:

Bilhorod-Dnistrovskyi Sea Trade Port is located on the western coast of the Dniester Estuary. The asset covers 59 hectares of the main production area of the port and over 5 hectares in the Bugaz port unit in Zatoka.

The starting price – UAH 184.9 million, the auction date – August 7.

LLC "INVESTAGRO" is an agricultural enterprise specializing in the cultivation of grains, legumes, and oilseed crops. This is a sanctioned property confiscated by Ukraine. The asset includes 25 immovable and 12 movable properties, with a total number of 27 employees.

The starting price – UAH 55 million, the auction date – August 10.

Niginsky Quarry consists of 38 real estate objects with a total area of 15,491 square meters and 34 units of vehicles and special equipment. The enterprise is located on three land plots with a total area of 79.6 hectares. The main activity is the extraction of decorative and construction stone, limestone, gypsum, chalk, and clay slate. An important aspect is that the enterprise has production equipment among assets.

The starting price – UAH 13.1 million, the auction date – August 8.
