The government has transferred the assets of russian activist and propagandist Artemy Lebedev to the State Property Fund of Ukraine
The Cabinet of Ministers has transferred the property assets of russian activist and propagandist Artemy Lebedev to the management of the State Property Fund of Ukraine. In July, the High Anti-Corruption Court of Ukraine fully upheld the claim of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine and confiscated these assets from the representative of the aggressor country.
Among the assets are two apartments in Kyiv with areas of 138.5 square meters and 193.2 square meters.
Previously, they were in the direct possession of Lebedev as well as indirectly through his business partner Konstantin Morshnev.
In addition, the government has transferred the assets of collaborator Kateryna Martiyanova, who is the deputy head of the public chamber of the so-called "donetsk people's republic," to the State Property Fund of Ukraine.
The State Property Fund of Ukraine will carry out all necessary procedures for the state registration of ownership rights to the mentioned assets. After completing this stage, the matter of privatization or leasing of this property will be considered.
The funds from the sale or lease of sanctioned property will be transferred to the Fund for the Elimination of the Consequences of Armed Aggression.
