SPFU is offering for privatization auction an office building near the capital for UAH 21.7 million

On October 4th, the State Property Fund will conduct a privatization auction for the sale of the assets of the state-owned Ukrainian House of Porcelain and Faience Industry. The auction will take place on Prozorro.Sale. The starting price is UAH 21.7 million (excluding VAT). The guarantee fee for participation in the auction is UAH 4.3 million (excluding VAT).

The company's primary asset, which has been inactive since 2011, is an administrative and laboratory building located near the capital in Vyshneve with a total area of over 6,000 square meters.

In the first half of 2023, the state-owned institution suffered losses exceeding UAH 5.2 million. The company has accrued almost UAH 2.1 million in current liabilities (including UAH 0.3 million in wage arrears and UAH 1.3 million to the budget), as well as more than UAH 1.2 million in overdue liabilities. The auction winner will have to assume these liabilities.
