"United Mining and Chemical Company" renews its management board

JSC United Mining and Chemical Company is making changes in the management team. Starting September 29th, the SPFU's relevant decision confirms that the Board will be renewed and will include Yehor Perelyhin as the First Deputy Chairman, Dimitri Kalandadze as the Deputy Chairman, Valeriy Papenko as a member of the board, and Valerii Zakharenko as another member of the Board.

The State Property Fund appreciates the productive cooperation of Yaroslava Maksymenko, First Deputy Chairman of the Board, and Olena Kaunova, member of the Board, who are leaving the Board.

The newly appointed leaders at UMCC are responsible for accelerating the company's preparation for privatization and enhancing its financial and economic performance.
