Personal consultant from specialists of the State Property Fund will be assigned to each potential bidder at the sale of the OPP.

"After the Cabinet publish approved Decree concerning the starting price and conditions of sale of the OPP, our task is to conduct professional and transparent privatization. The Fund and the plant are fully ready for this", – the Chairman of the SPFU, Igor Bilous, announced it on his page in Facebook. – “I hope, we will announce the sale in early June, and then within 45 days, as required by law, preparation will take place: prospective participants will send the application and necessary documents, which will be studied by the privatization Commission”.
He also stressed: "A specialist of the State Property Fund will be assigned to each potential bidder – the "personal manager", who will help to understand the requirements, timely and correctly prepare the necessary documents, make security deposit".
