The State Property Fund develops the ways for relaunch of the “Odessa Port Plant”

The State Property Fund of Ukraine as a state governing body for corporate rights in the Public Joint Stock Company ``Odessa Port Plant`` develops the ways for relaunch of the Company.

The Fund develops the following variants of cooperation with potential investors and partners, namely: 

1. Lease of the company’s assets (both as an integral asset complex as well as separate real estate assets).

2. Tilling based operation (natural gas) for its processing into carbamide and ammonia.

3. Management of the Company’s assets.

4. Purchase of the natural gas by the Company.

Taking into account the above the Fund requests all interested in cooperation to submit their proposals until February 24, 2017.
