Cherkasy Regional Office offers to evaluate the premises in Cherkasy city and Korsun-Shevchenkivskyi town

Information about the announcement about the competition of the selection of the appraisers who will be involved in the independent evaluation.

An evaluation is made for the conclusion of lease contracts of state property:

1. premises on the 2nd floor of an administrative building of 38.77 sq. m., at address: 39 Dashkovycha str., Cherkasy city;

2. premises on the 1st floor of a two-story administrative building of 15.0 sq. m. and 16.5 sq. m., at address: 4a Zhadanenko lane, Korsun-Shevchenkivskyi town;

3. parts of the garage premises of 73.8 sq. m. and 93.9 sq. m., at address: 92/2 Smilianska str., Cherkasy city.

The deadline for submitting applications is 07 November 2018 until 16.00.

The competition will be held on November 12, 2018 at 11.00 in RO.

The conditions of participation in the competition can be found in the newspaper “Vidomosti Pryvatyzatsii” dated 22.10.2018 No. 86.
