Cherkasy Regional Office offers work to appraisers

Cherkasy Regional Office announces a competition for the selection of appraisers to be involved in an independent assessment.

An assessment is made to determine the market value for the calculation of lease in order to conclude a lease contract of state property:

1. premise of 2.0 sq. m: 133 street Shevchenko, Zolotonosha town.

2. premise of the administrative building of 33.1 sq. m: 1 street Novoselovskaya, Zolotonosha town.

An assessment is made to determine the market value for the calculation of lease in order to extend the lease contract of state property:

1. premise of the administrative building of 21.0 sq. m and premise of basement of 10.6 sq. m: 205 boulevard Shevchenka, Cherkasy city;

2. parts of premises of the administrative building of 228.1 sq. m: 53 street Lozuvatska, Shpola town.

3. parts of premises of the administrative building of 33,09 sq. m: 4 lane G. Kudri, Kam’ianka town.

4. premise of the administrative building of 24.9 sq. m: 205 boulevard Shevchenka, Cherkasy city;

5. part of the administration building premise of 98.5 sq. m: 8 street Onoprienka, Cherkasy city.

The deadline for submitting applications is April 3, 2018, until 16:00.

The competition will be held on April 10, 2018 at 11.00.
