Regional Office of the SPFU in Cherkassy region offers work to appraisers

Regional Office of the SPFU in Cherkassy region conducts a contest of appraisers for an independent assessment.

An assessment is made to determine the value of the state share in accordance with the current legislation:

- the state stake in the amount of 38.0224% in the authorized capital of PJSC "Tiumen-Mediko-Smila": 24/4 Mazura Str., Smila Town.

An estimate is made for the calculation of the rent in order to extend the lease agreements:

- parts of basements 51.56 sq. m: 31/1Nebesnoi Sotni Str., Cherkasy City;

- a workshop room of 131,40 sq. m and garage boxes 149.30 sq. m: 32/1 Nechui  Levytskyi Str., Cherkasy city;

- parts of the room on the first floor of a 4 storey building of 3.00 sq. m:  205 Shevchenko boulevard, Cherkasy city;

- parts of the corridor 1 floor of a 5 storey building 39.50 sq. m: 205 Shevchenko boulevard, Cherkasy city;

- a room on the first floor of a 4 floor administrative building of 21,20 sq. m: 205 Shevchenko boulevard, Cherkasy city;

- premises of a 3 storey building administration of 466,90 sq. m:  1 Victora Pohoreloho lane,  Zvenigorodka Town.

The deadline for applying is June 12, 2018, till 16.00.

The contest will take place on June 18, 2018 at 11.00
