Cherkasy Regional Office conducts a competition for the selection of appraisers

Regional Office of the SPFU in the Cherkasy region conducts a competition for the selection of evaluators who will be involved in conduct the independent evaluation.

Purposes:

I. To determine the market value for the calculation of rent pay in order to conclude a contract for the lease of state property:

- a room of 108.0 m2: 48b Obukhova street, Zolotonosha city;

- a part of the premises are 57.75 m2 on the second floor of the administrative building:50 . Khimikov Avenue, Cherkasy city.

II .To determine the market value for the calculation of the rent in order to prolong the contract of lease of state property:

1. a part of the canteen 9.41 m2: 16 Carierna street, Talne city;

The deadline for accepting the applications is January 30, 2018, at 16.00.

The competition will be held on February 5, 2018 at 11.00 in Regional Office: 205 Shevchenko blvd, Cherkasy city.
