Cherkasy RO in 2018 received from lease 42.81 million UAH

According to the results of activity in 2018, Regional Office in Cherkasy Region completed yearly plans for key indicators on revenues to the State Budget of Ukraine.

From the lease of state property the state budget received 42.81 million UAH, which is 101.93% of the implementation of the annual plan. At the end of 2018, 619 leasehold contracts were in Cherkasy oblast, of which 594 were leased by the RO as a lessor.

During the last year, 113 new lease agreements were concluded, of which 2 were awarded by the results of the competitions.

In 2018, 12 objects were privatized for a total amount of 6.3 million UAH.

In particular, 6 objects of separate property, 4 objects of unfinished building, 1 object of socio-cultural appointment and 1 state block of shares received their owners.
