Cherkasy RO offers to sell an unfinished residential building in Smila

Cherkasy Regional Office of SPFU offers for privatization at auctions in electronic form:

- complex of non-residential buildings and structures, Shpola town, str. Soborna, 138. The initial price - 9, 277 million UAH.

The deadline for accepting applications for participation in the auction is March 12, 2018, until 17.00. The auction will be held at the Commodity Exchange “Universal Commodity Exchange” on March 16, 2018 at 10.00;

- unfinished 176-apartment residential house with a land plot, Smila town, str. B. Khmelnytskogo, 64a.

The deadline for accepting applications for participation in the auction is March 12, 2018, until 17.00. The auction will be held by the Central Universal Stock Exchange on March 16, 2018 at 11.00.
