Chernivtsi RV has removed from control 2 purchase and sale agreements

During the 2017, there were 9 agreements of the purchase and sale of state and communal property under control of Regional Office.

During the year, inspections were carried out on the fulfillment by buyers of the terms of 8 agreements, except for 1 agreement, under which the claim was filed.

2 purchase and sale agreements are removed from control, namely:

- the agreement dated 05.08.2003 on purchase and sale of recreation facilities (Novoselytsk district, village Chornivka),

- the agreement dated 10.05.2001 on the purchase and sale of baths with the land on which it is located (Kitsman district, village Malyatyntsi, street Druzhby Narodiv, 13).

During 2017, non-fulfillment (improper fulfillment) by buyers of their obligations under purchase and sale contracts was not fixed.
