Into updated the Unified Base of Property Valuation Reports have been already added over 30 thousand reports

As of 08.08.2018 into updated the Unified Base of Property Valuation Reports were added 30,391 reports on estimated value of real estate objects, which belong to individuals. The total estimate value of the property is UAH 12 billion (12,009,796,413 hryvnias).

Of all the reports, notaries have verified 8,016 reports for a total of UAH 3.8 billion.

The verification of reports by notaries indirectly confirms that the transaction took place.

Thus, to the budget was transferred UAH 113 million the taxes and fees:

1% to the Pension Fund – UAH 38,570,809,

1,5% of Military Duty – UAH 57,856,213.5.
