Regional Office of the State Property Fund of Ukraine in Donetsk region offers work to appraisers and sells non-residential premises

On December 04, 2018 Regional Office of the State Property Fund of Ukraine in Donetsk region will conduct competitions for the selection of appraisers, which will be involved in the independent evaluation of the privatization object:

- the club: 2б, Keramichna Street, Kurdiumovka small town, Toretsk town and rental facilities:

- premises of 275.6 sq. m, including: building of pumping stations, building of transformer substation and others: 11 Sylzavodska Street, Slaviansk Town;

- 457.3 sq. m of premises of non-residential building: 35 Myru Street, Bakhmut Town 35;

- 35.4 sq. m of the 1 floor of the building: 13 Europeiska Street, Kostiantynivka Town.

Regional Office sells:

 - 2 boxes on the territory of motor transport production association of 1,440.0 sq.m: Enerhetykiv Street, Svitlodarsk Town, Bakhmut district. Initial price is UAH 1.368 million;

- boarding house "Mebelshchyk": 45a Nakhimova Street, Yalta Small Town,  Mangush district. Initial price is UAH 205 thousand.
